Federal Judge Susan Bowen gutted Arizona's immigration bill of most of its powers. So illegal immigration will continue to be legal....we guess.... But the fight is not over. Arizona Governor Jan Brewer promises a quick appeal to today's decision. This could get real sticky between now and November. The current illegals are likely to get amnesty soon and a new voting bloc for the progressives will transpire. And the Washington Dems would love nothing more than to pass such a measure before the elections. In the meantime, border states like Arizona continue to see untold numbers of illegals entering their states and their crime rates escalating.
The Arizona law wouldn't be necessary if the Fed Gov would do the job we enlist them to do. That is, guarding our borders, deporting the illegals and defending our country. After all, we can defend every other nation on Earth. What the illegal immigrants and their supporters don't seem to understand is that: It isn't that we don't want immigrants here, but we want them to come through the gates LEGALLY!
